Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
